• Guest are Responsible for their own luggage and belongings. Taking care of the Valuables is the Sole Responsibility of Guest. The Company shall in No Circumstances Whatsoever be Liable.
• The Company shall in No Circumstances Liable for Any Personal Injury / Sickness / Accident  / Mishap.
• Misbehavior of Guest , to Tour Guide or Driver Company have right to discontinue the Tour. No Refund shall be Paid.
• No Refund shall be Paid for Unused Services.
